Farm Town Fix

Farm Town has been down due to DNS problems. What I am proposing is a temporary fix that points you to ns1.slashkey.com as a secondary DNS server. Here’’s the fix for Windows:

1. Click on Start, then Run.
2. Type “cmd” and Enter.
3. Type “ipconfig /all” and Enter.
4. Write down the numbers on the “DNS Servers …” lin
5. Type “exit” and Enter.
6. Click on Start, then Control Panel.
7. Open Network Connections.
8. Right Click on Local Area Connection or Wireless Connection.
9. Click on Properties.
10. Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) !You will have to scroll!
11. Click on Properties
12. Click on “Use the following DNS server addresses”
13. Enter the number you wrote down in step 4 as Preferred.
14. Enter “67.228.254.4″ as Alternate.
15. Click OK.
16. Click OK.
17. Close Network Connections window.
18. Play Farm Town.

If you are still having problems, shutdown your computer and restart it after 5-10 seconds. If the problems persist, contact SlashKey support.
